1. サービス
KoiChat は Nagi Lab が提供する、架空のキャラクターとAIで会話するエンターテインメントアプリです。登場人物はすべて21歳以上の架空の人物であり、返事はAIが自動生成します。実在の人物・団体とは関係ありません。
2. 利用資格
18歳未満の方は利用できません。
3. 禁止事項
性的な会話の強要、未成年を想定したロールプレイ、違法行為・自傷他害の助長、他者へのなりすまし、本アプリの解析・改ざん・不正な無料枠の取得、その他運営が不適切と判断する行為。
4. AIの返事について
AIの返事は事実・助言を保証するものではありません。医療・法律・金銭などの判断に使わないでください。不適切な返事は各メッセージの「通報」から知らせてください。
5. 有料サービス
有料プラン・キャラクター解放・1日パス(自動更新なし)は Google Play の決済で提供します。定期購入は解約しない限り自動更新され、解約は Google Play の定期購入画面から行えます。返金は Google Play のポリシーに従います。
6. 変更・停止
運営はサービス内容を変更・停止することがあります。
7. 免責
運営の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
8. 準拠法

KoiChat은 Nagi Lab이 제공하는, 가상 캐릭터와 AI로 대화하는 엔터테인먼트 앱입니다. 등장인물은 모두 21세 이상의 가상 인물이며 답장은 AI가 자동 생성합니다. 실존 인물·단체와는 관계가 없습니다.
2. 이용 자격
만 18세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.
3. 금지 사항
성적인 대화 강요, 미성년자를 상정한 롤플레이, 불법 행위·자해 및 타해 조장, 타인 사칭, 본 앱의 분석·변조·무료 이용량의 부정 취득, 기타 운영자가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위.
4. AI 답장
AI 답장은 사실이나 조언을 보증하지 않습니다. 의료·법률·금전 등의 판단에 사용하지 마세요. 부적절한 답장은 각 메시지의 '신고'로 알려 주세요.
5. 유료 서비스
유료 플랜·캐릭터 잠금 해제·1일 패스(자동 갱신 없음)는 Google Play 결제로 제공됩니다. 정기 결제는 해지하지 않는 한 자동 갱신되며, 해지는 Google Play 정기 결제 화면에서 할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Google Play 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 변경·중단
운영자는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
7. 면책
운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우를 제외하고, 본 앱 이용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
8. 준거법

Terms of Use
1. Service
KoiChat is an entertainment app by Nagi Lab where you chat with fictional characters powered by AI. All characters are fictional adults aged 21+, and replies are generated automatically by AI. Any resemblance to real people or organizations is coincidental.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the App.
3. Prohibited conduct
Pushing for sexual content, role-play involving minors, promoting illegal acts or self-harm/harm to others, impersonation, reverse engineering or tampering with the App or abusing free limits, and any other conduct we deem inappropriate.
4. AI replies
AI replies are not facts or professional advice. Do not rely on them for medical, legal or financial decisions. Use "Report" on any message to flag inappropriate replies.
5. Paid services
Premium, character unlocks and the Day Pass (no auto-renewal) are sold through Google Play billing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play Subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play policy.
6. Changes
We may change or discontinue the service.
7. Disclaimer
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

KoiChat 是 Nagi Lab 提供、與虛構角色透過 AI 聊天的娛樂 App。所有角色皆為 21 歲以上的虛構人物，回覆由 AI 自動產生，與真實人物或團體無關。
2. 使用資格
未滿 18 歲者不得使用。
3. 禁止事項
強迫進行性相關對話、以未成年為設定的角色扮演、助長違法行為或自傷傷人、冒充他人、解析或竄改本 App、以不正當方式取得免費額度，以及其他營運方認為不當的行為。
4. 關於 AI 回覆
AI 回覆不保證為事實或專業建議，請勿用於醫療、法律、金錢等判斷。不當的回覆請透過各訊息的「檢舉」告訴我們。
5. 付費服務
付費方案、角色解鎖與1日通行證（不自動續訂）透過 Google Play 付款提供。訂閱除非取消否則會自動續訂，可在 Google Play 訂閱畫面取消。退款依 Google Play 政策辦理。
6. 變更與停止
營運方可能變更或停止服務內容。
7. 免責
除營運方有故意或重大過失外，對使用本 App 所產生的損害不負責任。
8. 準據法

Términos de uso
1. Servicio
KoiChat es una app de entretenimiento de Nagi Lab para chatear con personajes ficticios mediante IA. Todos los personajes son adultos ficticios de 21 años o más y las respuestas las genera una IA automáticamente. Cualquier parecido con personas u organizaciones reales es coincidencia.
2. Requisitos
Debes tener 18 años o más para usar la App.
3. Conductas prohibidas
Insistir en contenido sexual, juegos de rol con menores, promover actos ilegales o autolesiones/daño a otros, suplantar a otras personas, hacer ingeniería inversa o alterar la App o abusar de los límites gratuitos, y cualquier otra conducta que consideremos inapropiada.
4. Respuestas de IA
Las respuestas de la IA no son hechos ni consejos profesionales. No las uses para decisiones médicas, legales o financieras. Usa "Reportar" en cualquier mensaje para avisarnos de respuestas inapropiadas.
5. Servicios de pago
Premium, el desbloqueo de personajes y el Pase de 1 día (sin renovación automática) se venden con la facturación de Google Play. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente hasta que las canceles en Suscripciones de Google Play. Los reembolsos siguen la política de Google Play.
6. Cambios
Podemos cambiar o suspender el servicio.
7. Responsabilidad
Salvo dolo o negligencia grave de nuestra parte, no somos responsables de los daños derivados del uso de la App.
